The Establishment hotel Sydney has 31 guest rooms and two penthouse suites. Located in Sydney’s financial business district, close to the harbours foreshore, Opera House, Museums and Shopping precinct, the hotel offers all services from in room dining to business and internet facilities.

The two colour schemes are unique: one with beautifully restored warehouse ceilings, Japan black floorboards and flashes of strong colour, the other one being more tranquil in colour, a luxurious room for guests who prefer a softer environment. The restaurants "Est" for fine dining and "Sushi e" for Japanese delicacies are also situated at the Establishment. Executive chef Matthew Fleming produces fine food combining modern Australian with French classics. Also on site is the Establishment Bar; "Hemmesphere" a lounge bar featuring low divan seating; The "Garden Bar" and the "Tank Stream Bear" and "Tank Night Club" offering two levels of sophisticated underground dance glamour.
